Moira Murphy, marketing and communications consultant

Moira Murphy is a?widely respected marketing & communications professional in Ireland, with over 15 years experience at senior and director level. A graduate of UCD and the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, Moira’s experience spans Unilever,?one of the world’s largest consumer goods company, to Superquinn and?the Brown Thomas Group.?Moira is recognised as a dynamic and’strategic operator with outstanding?business acumen particularly in the luxury retail space. Some of the world’s biggest brands have been launched in Ireland?by?Moira over the past ten years.

Domini Kemp, co-owner ITSA

Domini trained as a chef at Leith’s in London, before co-writing New Irish Cooking and working in the Michelin-starred Peacock Alley, Dublin. In 1999, she and her sister Peaches opened the first hugely popular itsa bagel on Abbey Street, which has since been re-located to Arnotts.?There are now seven branches of the itsa stores and six itsa cafes in Dublin. They also run the casual dining eateries in Dubin and Cork along with FEAST, an outdoor catering and event management business. They are resident wedding and corporate caterers in Powerscourt House, Co. Wicklow. Domini is a food-writer and last year published her third cookbook, Domini at Home, How I Like to Cook. She is currently working on her fourth book and recently contributed to?History on a Plate?running this summer on Lyric FM.

Paul Ruane, Owner/Director, Midpoint Creative

Paul Ruane founded and runs Midpoint Creative, an award winning brand design agency.?He has worked for brands in various sectors and has vast experience in discovering, creating and developing brand identities and marketing material.? His work involves helping clients realize the potential of their brands, and how to communicate such values to their customers. ?Paul knows what works, and his designs focus on making meaningful connections to positively influence the bottom line.
