Let’s French?

Let’s French?

Being from these parts, one often suffers the pangs of having missed the chance at being continental because of a mere channel of water. So near and yet so far away, that channel marks us significantly as less sophisticated, forcing us to forget our dreams of never being fat, riding our mopeds to our lover’s apartments, turning burgundy in the sun, and smoking cigarettes like it’s an activity reserved for the demigods.

wine

But thankfully there is French Foodie In Dublin, or Ms Ketty Elisabeth, who has turned that around with her beautiful blog and knowledge of food. Offering the French Foodie food and wine tours, this culinary walking tour not only feeds and wines you beautifully, but it also introduces a highly personalized view and experience of Dublin. So try not to let the team down, don’t wear any silly beret. Go in all black, and always leave a little bit on your plate and in your glass. It is the French way after all.

The tour is on tomorrow as part of the Beatyard Festival and it costs €45. Bookings and more info at frenchfoodieindublin.blogspot.ie
