Woody Allen’s latest visual feast was a hit at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, and now we get to see it in our local cinema. Jesse Eisenberg, Blake Lively and Kristen Stewart create pure magic onscreen in this 1930s Hollywood-set romantic- comedy-drama. Bobby Dorfman (Eisenberg) leaves New York for the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. After landing a job with his uncle (Steve Carell), he falls for Vonnie (Stewart)?who happens to be his employer’s mistress. He returns, heartbroken, to the Bronx to work in a nightclub and falls for a socialite … then Vonnie walks back into his life. Out September 2nd.

Ok, so we think we’ve had enough of this series by now, but judging by the trailer it might just be bloody brilliant, and let’s face it, will bring closure to this ongoing on/off love affair between Bridget and Mark Darcy. Patrick?Dempsey co-stars as the man who may just be the baby’s daddy. We’ll see … Out September 16th.
