Madonna Threw A Spanish Gypsy-Themed Birthday Party

Madonna Threw A Spanish Gypsy-Themed Birthday Party

Madonna celebrated her 57th birthday last Sunday with a Spanish Gypsy-themed party, which we’re pretty sure isn’t inoffensive. The party took place in Madonna’s Hamptons home, which has an attached horse farm, and according to Page Six it really went with the theme.

The singer wore roses and flowers in her hair and had a dramatic entrance to her party involving her arriving ?in a vintage Gypsy wagon filled to overflowing with dancers all in Gypsy attire.? The dance tent was decorated with bales of hay and the guestlist included Naomi Watts, who starred in that Diana movie, the designer Jeremy Scott, Andy Cohen, Kelly Ripa and some of Madonna’s tour dancers. At least she invited the help. Madonna’s children, Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy also popped along. In fairness to the Get Into The Groove singer, she did post lovely ‘grams about them. All attendees were treated to a flamenco show and there was a dance-off amongst the professionals. Does Madonna have Snapchat? She should totally have snapchat.

Here are some of the Instagrams, just in case you were wondering how to assemble a Spanish Gypsy-theme on a massive budget. You know, if you were comfortable with that sort of thing. Some people wouldn’t be. Because cultural appropriation and all that.
