Still, We Work

Still, We Work

Still, We Work?is an exhibition challenging mainstream representations of women in the Irish workplace, charting the lives of homemakers, carers and the emergence of women in the workplace. What more could you want for International Women’s Day? Curated by Valerie Connor who worked with the National Women’s Council, the exhibition brings together the work of visual artists such as Sarah Browne, Miriam O’Connor, Anne Tallentire and Vagabond Reviews. We were lucky to catch the exhibition when it opened in the Gallery of Photography, Dublin last October and were delighted to hear it is now showing in?Cork City Hall. A meditative experience, it is well worth the visit if you find yourself in Cork in the coming days.

Runs until March 14th. For more details see here.
