Californa-born Calgary is a journalist, contributing editor to Vogue UK and healthy living advocate. She is well known for being at the cutting edge of wellbeing and healthful lifestyle trends. As a busy mum of three, she is also passionate about helping everyone take positive steps towards clean eating. Broadcaster, nutritionist and lifestyle consultant Emma has worked in Ireland and the US on TV and radio before founding gourmetfuel.com in 2014. Her latest venture, a fitness centre and food delivery service, provides health-conscious individuals with the advice, food and training needed to achieve any goal. Liz Costigan Fleury, fitness trainer and yoga teacher
Liz Costigan Fleury is the pint-sized powerhouse behind Positive Fitness Project. A fitness trainer, yoga teacher and wellness advocate who understands that a healthy balance for every individual is different – eating your greens and having a glass of wine can work! Her enthusiasm and positivity towards a healthy body and mind has led to founding the Urban Wellness Retreat and Run club at the Marker hotel – both of which have attracted loyal followings.
