Soup’s Up

We’re all on our best behaviour following last month’s over-indulgence, and forever hunting down healthy nibbles that won’t bore our taste buds. Enter Cork-based whole food company Just Food. It has launched a tasty new range of handmade, low fat and high protein soups, made using organic, locally sourced ingredients. The range includes tempting-sounding options like Thai spiced vegetable and as well as the health-boosting Super Greens soup or the hearty Bean and Quinoa. We’ve tried them out and can tell you that they pass the taste test – they’re nourishing, hearty, and have that home-made feel.

The new range is available for €3.19, from leading food shops and supermarkets nationwide.
