A seriously talented YouTuber named Ochikeron posted a tutorial of an incredible looking three-ingredient recipe for souffl? cheesecake, also known as Japanese cotton cheesecake, which has been viewed over one million times since it went viral this week. You can make this fluffy cake using just three simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen:
- 3 Eggs
- White Chocolate
- Cream Cheese
The video tutorial is mesmerising to watch, and looks so simple to do, that we think even the most hesitant of bakers could bake this.
