Wedding food for thought…

In my experience, most guests will judge a wedding based on the food, rather than the craic, as you might expect. And it’s a good thing too – craic you can aim for, but you can make sure the food is lip-smacking delicious. And you don’t need to blow your entire budget, either; why not opt for a convivial cocktail atmosphere, with little morsels of the best food, rather than a heavy sit-down spread – a vibe that’s perfect for spring weddings. Buttery pies or silky salmon ribbons layered on top of cream-cheese pancakes are both delicious and inexpensive. Or, if you have a solidly a sweet tooth, why not offer guests ice-cream cups or chocolate-dipped marshmallows? yum!
