Jennifer Anistion Wants To Release Healthy Cookbook

Jennifer Anistion Wants To Release Healthy Cookbook

When it comes to Hollywood, it seems anyone with a modicum of fame has an idea for a cookbook. Blame Gwyneth Paltrow for her elimination diet ways, and the book deal and aspirational white furniture website that followed. Blake Lively is busy getting her artisan start-up Preserve off the ground, but don’t be surprised if she releases a book of cupcake recipes in the next few years. The Age of Adaline star, decent movie if you’re wondering, displayed her decorative frosting skills in a pretty impressive Vogue 73 Questions interview. Other celebrities with kitchen utensils they’re not afraid to admit to using include Kris Jenner, Chrissy Teigen – going down the hearty home cooked route later this year – and Stanley Tucci, who can do whatever he damn well pleases in our books.

While we applaud anyone who follows their dreams, the market does feel a little bit saturated. Next thing Adam Levine will be trying to convince us he bakes bread when he’s not crashing weddings for the purposes of music videos. However, one veritable famous and talented lady has emerged from the personal brand fog with a suggestion that actually interests our antenna: Jennifer Aniston wants to write a cookbook of healthy recipes.

America’s sweetheart wants to share the nutritional secrets behind her healthy glow and we want to listen. The actress admitted in an interview with Bobbi Brown on Yahoo! Beauty that she ?would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting. I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious.? With a reputation for one of the most sought-after ?looks? in Hollywood, we can see Jennifer’s book being a hit. The Horrible Bosses actress is always upfront in interviews that her appearance is down to a strict regime of healthy eating and exercise.

(Psssst! She says of her fitness habits these days ?Usually, my love is running. I like to do a good trifecta, where I do the bike for 15 minutes, elliptical for 15, and then I run for 15. On the elliptical I kind of do sprints for 90 seconds, take it back to a jog for 30 seconds, and do intervals for the last minutes. Then I mix a day of yoga. Lately, because of my injury, I’ve only been able to do Barre method. Boy, I forgot how much that really hurts and kicks your butt.?)

Jennifer saws she’s currently working on the book idea, but what kind of recipes can we expect? A few weeks ago she shared her daily eating habits in an Instagram takeover for her company Living Proof. One of the shots showed a bulgur salad with chickpeas, cucumbers and feta. Breakfast was a colourful affair with the obligatory avocado on show. ?I’m a good alchemist,? Jennifer says. ?I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself in any way.?
