On February 1, IMAGE hosted a health-focused event on the theme of wellness with expert speakers and incredible insights. Here are the highlights…

We’ve partnered with AIB for a curated series of events that support and inspire you to Keep Doing What Matters to you. The third event in this series took place earlier this month, on February 1 in RHA Gallery, Ely Place, on the theme of wellness.

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s easy to overlook the vital importance of pause and reflection. These moments are the foundation of a balanced, fulfilling life, yet we often forget to carve out the time for them.

Kicking off at 10am, the event was a transformative morning of rest, contemplation and inner growth hosted by Dominique McMullan, Editorial Director at IMAGE Media.

In order to begin our day with calm and clarity, we started off with a hands-on breathwork workshop with expert Níall Ó Murchú, which helped us tap into the profound benefits of mindful breathing, leaving us feeling grounded, calm, and deeply connected.

From this centred space, we went straight into an empowering manifestation workshop with renowned Life Coach Tara Rafter, where we learned how to align our dreams with our purpose, gain practical tools for clarity and create an actionable vision for the life we truly desire.

All in all, this special morning allowed space for our guests to pause, reflect, and refocus as they prioritised their well-being and embraced the opportunity to invest in their growth and happiness. All ticket costs were donated to FoodCloud, a long-standing charity partner of AIB.

AIB supports customers by offering financial advice at all life stages so you can keep doing what matters to you. To book a chat with an AIB advisor to get real guidance on how to use savings, pensions, and investments to build your financial future, simply visit www.aib.ie/make-a-plan.
