Podcast host and comedian extraordinaire Ed Gamble has minced a load of meat (thoughts), piped it into a casing (show) and it’s coming to abun (Vicar Street) near you. There will be all your classic Gamble ranting, raving and spluttering but he’s doing fine mentally.
Fashion Revolution: Mending and Maintenance

As Fashion Revolution Week returns for its tenth year, this global moment is bringing a series of engaging local events to seventy-five countries. The Irish offering includes a Mending + Maintenance workshop in Galway City Museum, which will demonstrate how to properly fix up your clothes, with a demo on how to thread a sewing machine, change needles and deal with any other sewing dilemmas.

Outset Gallery is hosting a one-day workshop and masterclass focusing on analog photography processes that will dive into practical and technical skills needed to plan, compose, capture, and process images through both digital and analog mediums, with a view to developing cohesive projects. The workshop will be led by Donal Kelly, an accomplished photographer currently exhibiting in Outset Gallery.

Jason Byrne, half man, half natural disaster. Over the course of his accident-prone life Jason has been rebuilt from the ground up. Bits removed, metal pins, new knee, and an eye that’s been treated, over the years, by the medical profession like a game of Pong. This culminated last year with heart surgery, twice! He enjoyed it so much he went back for more.

Celebrating Rough Magic’s 40th anniversary, Hilary Fannin’s radical adaptation of Maxim Gorky’s classic 1905 dark comedy reworks the original text and draws it into the here and now. Children of the Sun is the story of how a small family, their collection of friends and one eccentric stranger distract, entertain and enrage each other at a moment of crisis. Meanwhile, unseen beyond their fragile walls, their world is being reshaped by unstoppable forces.

Experience the timeless story of Disney’s Aladdin live in theatre. A thrilling production filled with unforgettable magic, comedy and breathtaking spectacle, this tour stars Yeukayi Ushe as Genie, Gavin Adams as Aladdin, and Desmonda Cathabel as Jasmine. They will be joined by Adam Strong as Jafar, Jo Servi as Sultan, Angelo Paragoso as Iago, Nay-Nay as Kassim, Adam Taylor as Omar, and Nelson Bettencourt as Babkak.
