This is a beginner’s trail running event series in partnership with Adventure.ie taking place in the stunning Djouce Woods in Co Wicklow. Whether you’re new to trail running or looking to improve your skills, this event series is perfect for all experience levels.

Enjoy the fresh mountain air, breathtaking views, and the camaraderie of fellow runners as you challenge yourself on the scenic trails. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to step out of your comfort zone, meet new people, improve your health, and have fun in a supportive setting.

Tickets are priced at €15* (booking fees apply).

Date & Time

Saturday, September 7 at 9am. We will kick off at 9.15am sharp and should finish around 11am.

Where

For this Trail Run, we will explore Djouce Woods. The meet point is Djouce Woods, Long Hill Carpark, Co Wicklow

Distance

Approximately 5.7 km. The pace will not be fast, and we’ll do a fartlek-style trail run with one minute of running and one minute of walking.

Information

All levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary. These are ticketless events. Upon arrival, all you need to register is the name you booked your ticket with. Please bring a water bottle, weatherproof clothing and comfortable footwear. Tickets are non-refundable.
