We've partnered with AIB for a curated series of events that support and inspire you to Keep Doing What Matters to you. Embracing the beginning of a new year and all that it brings with it, the third event in this series is on the theme of Wellness, a health-focused event with expert speakers. Here's what to expect...

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s easy to overlook the vital importance of pause and reflection. These moments are the foundation of a balanced, fulfilling life, yet we often forget to carve out the time for them. That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to a transformative morning of rest, contemplation, and inner growth, hosted by Dominique McMullan, Editorial Director at IMAGE Media.

Join Dominique and a line-up of inspiring experts as they guide you through a rejuvenating journey to reset your mind and reconnect with your purpose.

Begin the day with calm and clarity:
Immerse yourself in the powerful practice of breathwork with expert Níall Ó Murchú. This hands-on workshop will help you tap into the profound benefits of mindful breathing, leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and deeply connected.
