Though the full menu is yet to be revealed, we’re pretty certain that the pizzas being slung by the folks from Bambino’s—made with Scéal dough—will be top tier. Expect massive slices, banging toppings, wines and ridiculously good tiramisu for dessert.
First Cut Youth Film Festival

First Cut Youth Film Festival is an annual event based in Youghal, Cork dedicated to showcasing new films by young filmmakers. It presents films in all genres by individual filmmakers, schools and youth groups as well as offering workshops and talks by film industry professionals. The 2025 festival is First Cut’s sixteenth edition, and features an array of talks, screenings, workshops and more.

‘Cailleach’ exhibition

Ennis Book Club Festival

Each year, readers both from Ireland and further afield come to Ennis to share the joy of reading. The festival’s audiences include avid readers, those who haven’t had the time to pick up a book in years, those with a keen interest in current affairs, and those who are simply looking to be inspired. Starring Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer and TV Star Janette Manrara (It Takes Two, Burn The Floor, Glee) as Roxie Hart, West End and TV stars Brenda Edwards (Loose Women, Chicago, The X Factor) as Matron ‘Mama’ Morton and Kevin Clifton (Strictly Come Dancing, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie) as Billy Flynn.
St Patrick’s Festival

Of course, across the length and breadth of Ireland there will be many (many, many) parades and events celebrating Saint Paddy in all his glory, but the largest celebration of Irish culture and heritage in the world takes place over the weekend in the capital and its programme of events is always incredible. In addition to the parade and its many floats (is there a Mrs. Tayto?), there’ll also be a stacked music line-up to look forward to and plenty of art installations to pique your interest.
ARC Fashion Show 2025

A night of fun and fashion returning for a spectacular ten year anniversary event, the ARC Fashion Show will be a celebration of the very best of Irish fashion and design, with 26 renowned Irish fashion designers, seven milliners, and five accessories’ designers. Proudly supported by Davy, the show will be officially opened by best-selling author and breast cancer survivor Cathy Kelly. Founded in 1994, ARC Cancer Support Centres provide psychological, emotional, educational, and practical services to individuals and families affected by cancer.
Night Dances

Night Dances is a bold series of four dance vignettes created by Emma Martin in collaboration with the performers and pounding music of Daniel Fox (Gilla Band). A ferociously exhilarating performance of pure dance and live music, eschewing hierarchies of style and form, it is an ode to the body and a visceral, sweaty love letter to dance in all its guises.
All That Fall by Samuel Beckett

A special one-off performance of All That Fall will take place in the atmospheric surroundings of Tullow Church, where Beckett worshipped as a boy. The play, which has such a strong resonance of the surrounding area, was described by Beckett as consisting of ‘imprecations from the Brighton Road to Foxrock Station and back […] boyhood memories’, and is located in the village of Boghill, a fictionalised Foxrock, in which Tullow plays a crucial part.
