On Sunday, join Moons Yoga for a relaxing ‘Move & Be’ yoga and meditation session, followed by an informative panel discussion on how to master all things ‘sleep’ for the entire family with our editorial director Dominique McMullan, pediatric sleep consultant Lucy Wolfe, Dr Laura Lenihan GP and Breege Leddy of The Insomnia Clinic.

- 12pm: Yoga and Meditation with Moons Yoga
One of Ireland’s most renowned wellbeing facilitators, Sinead Mooney practices, teaches and often speaks about wellness. Her multifaceted credentials include being a certified meditation coach, a yoga teacher, a yoga teacher trainer and keynote speaker.
She aims to help others arm themselves with the coping mechanisms they need for modern life, especially as we navigate a post-Covid world. Her home base is Moons Yoga Loft – a boutique studio space in Blackrock focused on mindful movement and meditation. She is one busy – but mindful – mná.

Lucy Wolfe
Lucy Wolfe is a globally renowned child Sleep Consultant and author of bestselling book The Baby Sleep Solution, as well as being a mum of four children. She is an expert in the field of childhood development, the inner relationship and sleep.
Her unique parent-attentive, sensitive, and emotionally appropriate approach to establishing positive and realistic sleep practices has helped many families. Her Gentle Sleep Shaping, Percentage of Wakefulness Approach is designed to encourage a secure, loving parent-child relationship and developmentally relevant sleep tendencies.
Dr Laura Lenihan
Dr Laura, GP and clinical director at Dr Laura Clinic, is one of the most relatable and honest voices online in the health industry. With over 51,000 Instagram followers, and counting, her genuine and applicable approach to health, especially in the areas of women’s health, paediatrics, dermatology, and skin care, has ensured she is trusted by thousands.
Dr Laura lives in Galway, where she has just opened her own GP and skin health clinic. Along with supporting women and families on Instagram, Dr Laura actively writes for her own website sharing advice and support on some of the most asked questions on family life, and other varied issues. She also contributes to national newspapers and magazines and has guested on various podcasts as an expert in her field.
Breege Leddy
Breege has an array of impressive qualification surrounding sleep and mental health. She is a clinical physiologist with an international RPSGT sleep qualification and a CPD in Behavioural Sleep Medicine. She’s also worked as a senior sleep physiologist and was manager of Clinical Physiology at Mater Private Hospital in Dublin.

In 2013, she founded the first ever dedicated insomnia clinic in Ireland. The Clinic has locations in Dublin and Cavan, as well as an online service. Breege is a member of the executive committee of The Irish Sleep Society, a member of AASM (American Academy of Sleep Medicine) and the Society of Behavioural Sleep Medicine, as well as a regular contributor to media.
