Sometimes it happens that a candidate who flew through the interview process, had all the right credentials and was armed with great references, turns out to be a bad hire. Bad hires don’t (usually) intentionally turn up to work differently than they interviewed. Perhaps the job isn’t what they were expecting; the role was not well communicated; or it’s not the right culture fit. There could be many other reasons that it’s not working out....
