Forest Fest Music & Arts Festival 2024

The Live at the Iveagh Gardens gigs continue with the incredible Damien Dempsey performing over two nights. The traditional folk singer-songwriter is set to perform all of his greatest hits, and support on the night will come from Gemma Hayes.

Aaron Fahy Exhibition

Aaron Fahy is a mixed-media artist from Waterford. You’ve most likely seen his crayon album illustrations but poking beyond the crayon-covered surface you will find that there is so much more to his work. From stop-motion mixed media that provides solace through music to collages that ooze vibrancy, Fahy does it all. He has created pieces for well-known names such as Def Jam, The BBC and most recently, Lil Nas X.

National Gallery of Ireland’s ‘Women Impressionists’ exhibition

Marking the 150th anniversary of the first Impressionist exhibition held in Paris in 1874, Women Impressionists showcases the works of four important artists. Berthe Morisot, Eva Gonzalès, Marie Bracquemond and Mary Cassatt played vital roles in one of the most revolutionary movements in Western art. The exhibition will explore how each artist navigated complex personal and professional networks to create and exhibit her art.
