If you haven’t experienced WellFest yet, it’s definitely one for the bucket list this summer.
As Europe’s largest outdoor health and wellness festival, it features over 150 fitness, health and wellness experts across more than 15 stages, tapping into all aspects of health from nutrition and fitness to mental health and medical myth-busting
From Saturday, May 10 to Sunday, May 11, there’ll be hundreds of talks, workouts, cooking classes and more – even a line-up of activities like yoga and dance for kids to participate in – all taking place on the beautiful grounds of Dublin’s IMMA at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
And this year’s headliners are sure to impress with workouts led by LA celebrity trainer DB DONAMATRIX, inspirational talks from mental health activist and trainer Get Better with Chris, food demonstrations with bestselling author and nutritionist Em the Nutritionist, tantra yoga with holistic sex educator Jenny Keane, and WellFest’s first ever run club led by Irish Olympian Nadia Power.
Here’s what we know is on the agenda so far…

“This year, we’re taking WellFest to a whole new level,” says head of WellFest Sarah King. “We’re introducing new powerful perspectives and insightful, honest conversations that delve deeper into the human experience. From stories of resilience and transformation to reclaiming personal power, we’re opening up space for raw, real, and necessary discussions, ones that go beyond wellness trends and get to the heart of what it means to live well.
“These conversations are designed to inform, empower, and inspire because wellness isn’t just about the body, it’s about the mind, emotions, relationships, and the way we navigate the world around us.”
Stay tuned as we announce even more exciting events and experts at WellFest as they’re confirmed.
