Burn-out and pressures of balancing family life and work life are listed as the reasons women considered leaving their roles in the past 12 months, according to a new survey

More than a third of women (40%) considered quitting their job in the last 12 months, “citing burn-out and the pressures of family life”, according to a survey by Indeed. The survey, published by the recruitment site ahead of International Women’s Day, found burn-out was the most common reason (33%) given for considering leaving a job.
