Bobbi Brown’s autumn/winter offering is enough to have you wishing away these balmy evenings in favour of festive parties and darker beauty hues.
Today we had the distinct pleasure of getting a sneak peak of what’s in store from September right up to Christmas with one of our most beloved brands. While there’s a LOT coming up, we couldn’t wait to tell you about two new arrivals in particular: The Intensive Skin Serum Corrector and Concealer (available from September), and their Luxe Lip Collection (available from October).
First up, once you try this corrector and concealer combination, it will become an essential part of your beauty routine. Available in 16 different shades, this is a two part process that promises bright, flawless peepers. Step 1: Apply the corrector under the eye with fingers. The aim here is to correct any discoloration (buh-bye purple bags) so don’t be frightened by the bisque/pinky hues. Bobbi recommends that you opt for a bisque shade if your colouring is purple/blue while those with more brown/grey under their eyes should opt for a peachier tone. Step 2: Now it’s time to lighten, brighten and hydrate the area under your eye with their perfect concealers. While other concealers can be cakey and powdery, accentuating any fine lines you have, this will do the opposite. Apply concealer over the corrector and be sure to bring it a little below the eye, more towards the apple of the cheek. Pat and blend with fingers.
Containing a magical blend of Cordyceps Mushrooms (a skincare favourite of Bobbi’s), Indian Mukul Myrrh and Bamboo Grass Extract, this wonder combo promises to boost hydration, re-energise skin and banish those dark circles for good.

Also new to Bobbi’s collection is the Luxe Lip, which you can get hold of in a range of 30 shades. THIRTY! Good luck choosing your favourite; there’s not a dud in the bunch. These perfectly packaged lipsticks (Bobbi strays away from her standard black here for a luxurious gold case) promise the winning combination of long-lasting pigment as well as hydration. Too often we fall in love with shades that strip our lips of moisture but without being glossy, these bullets do the trick. Fine lines and flaking will be dramatically reduced while moisture-locking ingredients will nurture your lips all day long. The payoff is something to behold. What’s more, the ways these lipsticks are shaped with a pointed tip – perfect for mastering those edges – means you don’t even require a lip-liner. Easy, glamorous, gorgeous.
