WIN: tickets to the red carpet Irish premiere screening of Ocean’s 8

Warner Bros. Pictures and IMAGEe invite you to celebrate your ‘Gala Glamour’ at the movie fashion event of the summer: the red carpet Irish premiere screening of Ocean’s 8.

Ocean’s 8 is the stylish, star-studded, high- stakes heist movie of the summer, led by Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna and Helena Bonham Carter; who team up in the action adventure film of the summer.

Five years, eight months, 12 days…and counting.  That’s how long Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) has been devising the biggest heist of her life. She knows what it’s going to take; a team of the best in their field, starting with her partner-in-crime Lou Miller (Cate Blanchett).  Together, they recruit a crew of specialists: jeweller Amita (Kaling); street con Constance (Awkwafina); expert fence Tammy (Paulson); hacker Nine Ball (Rihanna); and fashion designer Rose (Bonham Carter). The target is a cool $150 million dollars in diamonds; diamonds that will be around the neck of world-famous actress Daphne Kluger (Hathaway), who will be centre stage at the event of the year, the Met Gala.

The plan is rock solid, but everything will need to be flawless if the team is going to get in and get away with the ice.  “Ocean’s 8” also stars James Corden as an insurance investigator trying to put the pieces together, and Richard Armitage as Kluger’s unwitting date at the Gala. Gary Ross (“Seabiscuit,” “The Hunger Games”) directed Ocean’s 8 from a screenplay he co-wrote with Olivia Milch.  Steven Soderbergh and Susan Ekins produced the film. Michael Tadross, Diana Alvarez, Jesse Ehrman and Bruce Berman served as executive producers, with Milch co-producing.
