Here’s a taster of what you can expect when you pick up the gorgeous new festive issue of Image Interiors & Living?
Winter is truly a time for nesting???cosy nights in mean lots of time to asses your home, and it’s often when the seeds of future springtime projects get planted. We have lots of inspiration to get you started this issue.
Art, in all its forms, plays a big part in each of the Irish homes we visit. Fall for the mid-century pieces and gorgeous artworks at the house of food writer Lizzie Gore-Grimes and her gallery-owning husband, Nicholas; examine every nook and cranny of an astonishingly creative abode in Tipperary, home to two artists, and let a photographer’s stylish Sandymount house inspire you to finally print some of those pictures sitting on phones, laptops and hard drives.

We love showcasing Irish spaces, but every now and then an international gem catches our eye. The words ?cool?, ?loft? and ?family friendly? don’t often go together, but designer Anne Hubert’s French home – an abandoned factory transformed into a light-filled loft apartment – really blew us away with its imaginative designs and inspired touches.
And then, of course, there’s Christmas. This issue features gifts to make the house-proud very happy as well as a gorgeous, inspiring food shoot. Foodie wunderkind Donal Skehan has put together a great collection of seasonal recipes. Better still, each one has an artisan Irish ingredient as the star of the show. From hot, sweet, spiced cider to gorgeously gooey sea salt caramels and moreish cranberry sausage rolls, each of these dishes will make those festive get-togethers that little bit more special.
The holidays really are all about home, so enjoy the season, and the issue!
