Fallon & Byrne Christmas

Fallon and Byrne are back this Wednesday with their festive extravaganza that is becoming something of a luxurious pre-Christmas tradition. Showcasing the best of their artisan producers and suppliers, there will be over 50 artisan Christmas foods as well as 25 delectable wines, all available for sampling and purchasing. The Fallon & Byrne chefs will be in situ to offer samples of festive products, as well as offering advice on how to make your Christmas dinner. Head Butcher Brett will be offering advice on how to cook your meats, along with exotic alternative cuts and dishes from France, Italy and Spain. Shane the pastry chef will be presenting thoughts and ideas on how to create your perfect Christmas cakes, whilst the bartenders will be primed to serve out oodles of Christmas cocktails. Not to be missed.

From 4- 9 pm Wednesday 13th, Second Floor at Fallon & Byrne?
