Flea markets and singalongs: this is what’s on this weekend

Things are finally brightening up for the weekend, and we can’t wait to get out into the city and explore. Happy weekend from IMAGE!

Saturday: Get a new wardrobe for a good cause at the Sustainable Fashion Dublin VIP Closet Clearout

We have all been horrified at the sight of the damage inflicted by the bush fires on the environment and animals in Australia. Thankfully, there are a lot of efforts going on around the city to send all the money and support we can. One particularly fun event comes from our friends at Sustainable Fashion Dublin, who are holding a very special flea market tomorrow in the Workman’s Club in Dublin. What makes it special? The clothing is all donated by some of Ireland’s best loved influencers and celebs, including some very big names. Race you there.

Sunday: Sing your heart out at the Olympia’s The Greatest Showman Sing-a-Long

Love The Greatest Showman? One of the best sing-a-long musicals is coming to the Olympia for a special screening, where the audience can croon to their hearts’ content. Tickets from €26 per adult.

Sunday: Enjoy the ride at the Abbey’s 24 Hour Plays

After eight sold-out years, the Abbey is back with their 24-hour plays, to raise money for Dublin Youth Theatre. In 24 hours, six short plays will be written, rehearsed and performed in front of an audience at the Abbey, and there are still tickets left to catch the show. Limited seating available.
