Understanding yourself and understanding others

Every leader has a preferred style and this works very effectively with people who are like-minded. The difficulty is that one style doesn’t work for everyone. In fact you may be ineffectively communicating with 75% of the individuals in your team!

May’s IMAGE Mentoring Workshop will be an interactive workshop, lead by Fintan Ryan that explores the communication style of leaders and how this impacts on Individuals and teams.

Learn how to:

  • Help individuals and teams to become focused, committed and loyal
  • Understand and master the dynamics of effective communication
  • Learn the different approaches that people have, so we can really develop our potential as Individuals and build real synergy in approaching tasks.

Join IMAGE editor-in-chief Melanie Morris for an evening of luxury and learning as we capture the essence of effective teamwork and learn more about ourselves as leaders.
