Meet the Speakers
Sharon Keegan, Founder & CEO, Peachy Lean
Sharon Keegan is an award-winning entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and brand management for FMCG and Digital brands such as St Tropez tanning, Australian body care, Eyssential beauty and Pieminister.co.uk. Sharon founded her first business in 1999, importing spray tanning solutions from the US. She then partnered with the UK company Pieminister to launch and run the Irish operations of a well-loved food company here in Ireland, bringing that business to one million euro in turnover with 16 staff.
At the age of 33, Sharon became a new mam and struggled with postnatal depression. Being no stranger to throwing herself into adversity, Sharon decided to go back and study innovation and entrepreneurship in University College Dublin. This helped her to not only overcome her anxiety and postnatal depression, but also compelled her to help other women who were going through similar experiences. She went on to start Peachylean in 2018 with a mission to help women to silence their inner critic, to stop holding themselves back and discover their true potential in life, and to ultimately love them ‘Self.’

Eva Pau, Commercial Director, Asia Market
Eva Pau quite literally grew up in the Asia Market store on Drury Street, Dublin, which is owned by her parents and celebrated its 40th-anniversary last year. When she was old enough, she was encouraged by them to go off and study and plan for her own future. Eva subsequently gained an MA in ICT at Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in IT Management & Organisational Change at Lancaster University in the UK.
Having completed her studies, Eva moved to Hong Kong, where she worked for financial institutions for many years before returning home to Ireland and helping her parents grow the family business. Over the years, as the commercial director, Eva has played a pivotal role in establishing the Asia Market brand, modernising the shopping experience for customers, opening a second location, and developing the logistics and wholesale supply chain – delivering to restaurants and takeaways nationwide.
Asia Market is now Ireland’s largest Asian food importer, distributor and retailer, employing over 160 multinational employees. In addition to her day job, Eva is also currently the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society of Ireland, a member of the Advisory Council of the Trinity Centre for Asian Studies (TCAS) and a Board Member of Dublin Town.
