About our speaker: 

Elizabeth Whelan, director of Zestivo, is a health and wellness expert and a life and business coach. 

Elizabeth started her career in the early 80’s as a beauty therapist and make-up artist. She gained extensive experience working with reputable make-up and skincare brands, including Lancome and Clarins. She subsequently took the role of head of training at Clarins and established the first Clarins training school in Dublin. Her career further  progressed when she was appointed the role of head of training for Nuxe Skincare international, helping the brand to become one of the leading brands in Irish pharmacies. 

In 2015, Elizabeth established Zestivo, a health and wellness company offering expert practical life enhancing skills that can be implemented into daily life, to energise the body and mind while minimising stress.
