Looking for the perfect Christmas cocktail? We’ve got you

 

 

Sour Tears

Serves 1

Ingredients
50ml Writers’ Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey
15ml egg white
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup (1:1)
4 dashes of aromatic bitters

Method
Add Writers’ Tears Copper Pot Irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, egg white, sugar syrup and aromatic bitters into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice). Add ice cubes and shake again.

Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaf.
