Simple, refreshing, and a tasty way to increase your water intake, this pink grapefruit and rosemary infusion is our new favourite drink.

Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary Infused Water

Ingredients
1 pink grapefruit
6 sprigs of rosemary, plus extra for serving if desired
1¼ litres water
ice, optional

Method
Finely zest the grapefruit and sprinkle this into a large jug along with the sprigs of rosemary. Cut the grapefruit into wedges and add it to the jug. Fill the jug with the cold water and leave to infuse in the fridge for at least two hours. Serve with a sprig of rosemary in each glass, if you like.
