A night of glitz, glamour and plenty of celebration: we’re here to honour women in business at the IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2019

The Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road was packed for a very special event last night in Dublin. Honouring the brightest and best of Ireland’s business world, IMAGE invited the changemakers, the innovators and the determined and hardworking women of Irish business to gather together and celebrate their achievements.

With 12 categories in total, the night was full of cause for celebration, and tables waited with bated breath to hear the results. Every runner up and winner was honoured and had the chance to celebrate with their peers all across the country.

With help from our sponsors, Liffey Valley, BMW, Samsung, No7, Kuehne + Nagel and Queen’s University Belfast, and our partners, Enterprise Ireland, M&S, Newstalk, Griffin & Grey, Movement Events and Dingle Gin, the night was full of amazing spot prizes, competitions and of course, the awards of the night.

After a drinks reception, our guests settled down to dinner, but not before our very special co-host for the evening Alexandra Schulman took to the stage with an amazing speech on what it means to be a woman in business. It was then time for Alexandra and IMAGE Contributing Editor Melanie Morris to begin the night’s proceedings and award our very special Businesswomen of the Year.

See all our winners in action above, and the guests in all their glamorous get-ups in our social pictures from the evening.
