Guests can enjoy a selection of Ketel One cocktails, crafted to pair with hero brunch dishes including Ketel One and Soda served with orange bitters and a wedge of orange; a delectable Ketel One Espresso Martini and, of course, the iconic and classic Ketel One Bloody Mary plus three additional Bloody Mary serves with a quirky twist of cucumber and spinach, carrot and ginger and beetroot flavours.

Roberta’s Head Chef Troy Watson and his team have crafted a brunch menu to complement the selection of Ketel One serves that will whet the appetite of the most seasoned brunch aficionados. Guests can enjoy brunch classics like eggs benedict served with Iberico ham, hollandaise and house potatoes. Or why not try indulgent French toast with bacon and maple syrup and not forgetting a Roberta’s fresh fruit bowl, served with mint yoghurt and toasted granola for those looking for a healthier option.
