Attendees were welcomed by editor-in-chief, Melanie Morris who was joined by Julie Dupouy, brand ambassador for Mo?t & Chandon. Julie shared tips on serving champagne over the festive season whilst guest were treated to Mo?t & Chandon Grand Reserve 2008 with matching canap’s created by The Merrion’s executive chef Ed Coone. Julie?also gave us a masterclass?in corkage opening, giving us a step by step demonstration and how to avoid any mishaps – see below for Julies suggested champagne pairings for Christmas.

As everyone took their seats they discovered luxurious gifts which included a snipe of Mo?t & Chandon plus flute, Clarins, Moisture Rich Body lotion and Green &?Blacks Chocolate. Rowan Manahan then began his workshop discussing the art of presenting and perfecting communication skills. He demonstrated how to maximise your skills by using powerpoint presentation to engage with your audience.
