We had a full house at The Westbury Hotel last night for our first Young Businesswomen’s Forum of the year! On arrival, attendees enjoyed a champagne reception, wonderful company, inspirational panelists and of course, plenty of divine canapés, including a yummy chocolate popping candy to finish.

As everyone took their seats in the Grafton Suite, they discovered an amazing luxury gift bag with some beautiful gifts, including Inglot Lipstick, Alfaparf Milano Shampoo and Conditioner, a file and paint voucher for Tropical Popical, Áines chocolates and Haribo.

Contributing Editor Melanie Morris opened the evening with a huge welcome to our audience and introduced the incredible panel. Our first panelist to take a seat on the IMAGE YBF couch was Louise Stokes, jewellery designer and founder of Loulerie. After graduating from Trinity College, Louise worked as an intern during show season with Alexis Bittar in New York. She returned to Ireland, opening Loulerie in 2007 to bring her style to a new audience. Never one to compromise on quality, she takes pride in every element of her fine jewellery.

Second to join the couch was Andrea Horan, founder of Tropical Popical and activist. Tropical Popical has provided her with the platform to flex her interest in art with collaborations with the Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA) and the National Gallery of Ireland under her tropical belt. It’s also allowed her to do the type of work that’s most important to her and that she most enjoys – meeting locals within a kitsch & creative space, complete with neon signs and leopard prints.

Last but not least to join the couch were Rachel Walker & Hazel Pearle, founders of Pearle Walker’s – Blossom Dublin. Working closely with brides and event organisers, they create breath-taking floral creations, innovative designs, and personal service, earning them a loyal and high-profile client base. Just one year in the business, we can’t wait to see how they blossom in the next few years.

Everyone left The Westbury feeling buzzed,  inspired, motivated and ready to take on the world! Six lucky attendees also left the event with a €50 Boots Voucher, and another lucky guest won an incredible €250 gift voucher for Loulerie.
