Watch: Carpool Karaoke With Sia And James Corden

The official soundtrack to our emotions, Sia, has just done a Carpool Karaoke. The Australian singer who spits out smash hits joined James Corden to perform an infectious medley. After Adele, One Direction and Justin Bieber, you think it must be pretty intimidating for an artist to sit in the passenger’s seat, but Sia is more than able for it. This is the woman who wrote Titanium.

In between the medley of her hits – *wails* Chaaaaaaandelieeeeeer – Sia talks to Corden about her elaborate wig and why she feels the need for the disguise.??I only wear this to maintain a modicum of privacy,? she admits. After all, she’s an artist seeking recognition for her work, not a celebrity chasing headlines. Sia also opens up about her struggles with addiction. During the early years of her musical career, the 40-year-old had issues with alcohol and drugs, which she has thankfully overcome.

She also talks about her belief in aliens. We’ll just say nothing and enjoy the music!
