Watch: Couple Celebrates 60th Wedding Anniversary By Recreating ?Up? Intro

Remember the Disney film ?Up?? How could you forget the heartwarming tale that had us sobbing within a few minutes? The life of Carl and Ellie is what everyone remembers, and one real-life couple decided to pay tribute to our favourite animated pair in a special video of their own. In what is a truly tender video, dressed as Carl and Ellie, the 80-year-old couple pay homage to the 2009 Pixar film in a video that sees the keen pianists play the theme music together while the camera pans over pictures of their life over the years. It’s a truly sweet video that’s sure to brighten up your day.

The couple recreated the ‘Up’ montage for their anniversary.

Black reveals in the YouTube video caption that the pair has played piano duets since they were first married: ?It was so fun to work with them on it. I’ve loved their piano duets ever since I was a little kid, so this will be a family treasure for all of us.?

Various other nods to the film pop up, including the ?Adventure Book? Carl gives Ellie (Our hearts melted at that part).

The video has struck a chord with more than a few people and had over 600,000 views. If that doesn’t say true love, we don’t know what does.

Watch it below for a charming lift (pun intended) to your Saturday:
