Watch: Jacob Tremblay Appears On Ellen And He Is Adorable

We’ve spoken considerably about just how brilliant?Lenny?Abrahamson’s multi-award winning Irish film Room is, and for good reason. Adored by critics the world over, it’s been nominated for every major award going, not just because of its moving, emotive story (penned by?Emma Donoghue, based on her 2010 novel of the same name), but also because of the?captivating performances from the film’s two lead actors, Brie Larson and nine-year-old Jacob Tremblay.

The talented youngster is now officially one to watch; working red carpets like a true professional, generally being adorable and picking up an award or two along the way. He?won the Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Young Performer (and nailed his acceptance speech), and he was also was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role, the second youngest performer to ever’receive this honour.

This week, he’s turned our hearts to mush thanks to his appearance on Ellen. He’s both hilarious and so darn cute. We can scarcely believe that he’s just nine years of age. ?Watch it below, and in particular, note the line?about him being allowed to skip the queue to meet Leo because “I’m a kid.”

Can’t cope. Prepare to be overwhelmed with adorableness:
