If you’re into underappreciated art, this event in the Generator on Saturday is perfect for you. The Dublin Comic Arts Festival is all about shining a light on small press Irish comics and gives you the chance to meet and chat with the artists themselves. Great if you’re an aspiring artist yourself, but equally great if you’re just into art appreciation.

Japan has such a rich culture with its food, fashion and history and this weekend, the Irish organization Experience Japan is holding a festival to celebrate it. Head to Farmleigh House in the Phoenix Park on Sunday and enjoy traditional Japanese dance, performances, activities and food. Suitable for everybody in the family too!
If you’re still in a techy mood after the Dublin Tech Summit this week, then carry it on with the events and activities during Tech Week 2018. With a special emphasis on students, there’s a strong focus on skill learning, innovation and how technology affects each area of life. Great if you’ve got teenagers in the house.
