Working from home? Win this bespoke desk by Dublin design and production company Movement

For anyone who drove out to a furniture store last week and panic bought a desk and chair only to find key components were missing after a three-hour assembly attempt, this Movement competition is for you.

Remember the days when you were chained to your office desk on a balmy June day and you longed for your boss to approve remote working?

And now, thanks to Covid-19, you’re squashed into your box room that hasn’t seen daylight in the best part of three years, with a foot stool against the door so the kids can’t barge in mid-conference call, because they too are at home, thanks to Covid-19.

If you’re like me, you have your 10-year-old laptop propped up on a chest of drawers while you sit on a chair you’ve nicked from the kitchen table. There’s no leg room and you’re probably doing some serious damage to your posture.

Those office days don’t seem too bad now…

One Dublin-based production and events company, Movement, is here to solve your working from home problems. Movement has designed a very easy to assemble desk that can be delivered to your door fuss-free in the Dublin area just a couple of days after purchase. And here at IMAGE, we have one to give away to one lucky reader.

The working from home desk is available in two colours, black and white, and comes flat-packed. The desks are €199 including delivery in Dublin. Movement’s designers have ensured there is minimal assembly so you can start working straight away.

To support an Irish design company and place an order, all you have to do is email hello@movementevents.ie or simply message them on Instagram.

To enter the competition to win a desk, fill out the form below before midnight on Monday, March 30, 2020.
