Just in time for Christmas, Netflix are adding a bunch of new movies, shows, comedy specials and documentaries. There’s a Netflix Original biopic of Barack Obama,’dramatising the 44th president of United States as a 20-year-old college student in New York City. There’s a documentary on the history of Cuba and there’s a political drama about the Medici dynasty set in Florence in the early 15th century (starring Dustin Hoffman and Richard Madden – aka Robb Stark).?Guillermo del Toro has created an American/Mexican computer-animated television series for children (Anton Yelchin’s final project). The docuseries CAPTIVE (victims, negotiators, and kidnappers give an unprecedented look at what it means to be involved in a hostage negotiation) is set to be this year’s Making A Murderer.
