Zara’s sister brand Uterqüe is having a sale – here are our top 14 picks

Uterqüe, Zara’s elegant sister brand, is having a sale and the pieces are worth the investment. Here are our top 14 picks to buy now

Uterqüe is a hidden gem in the fashion world.

It feels intimate enough to be a boutique but lands right on the edge of trend-led fashion. Zara’s sister brand is a mixture of opulence and edge. Ladylike pearls are offset with leather, while classic dresses are met with an expected dip or slit.

The Uterqüe woman understands trends and is certainly aware of what’s in, but her sartorial focus is on clothing with a point of difference. The clothes on offer are ahead of the rest in the mid-range retailing sphere. Good material and even better design mean the items last longer than your usual run of the mill online buy. This means the prices are a little higher but the extra euro are worth it.

Special prices

Right now the store is offering clothes at what they call ‘special prices’. This is just fancy talk for a sale. Various pieces from seasons previous have their prices slashed – and we couldn’t be happier about it.

Sequinned kimonos, elegant midi dresses, high-quality jeans, and wear-with-everything tops are on the Uterqüe menu. Some of the pieces are perfect for these in-between weeks where we wait for the full heat of summer to spark. Others defy the rules of seasonality and will work all year round.

At this stage, you may be getting sick of lounge-wear and might have a craving for something a little more beautiful.

And it’s in this Uterqüe sale where you may just find your hidden gem.
