Will this event be Covid-secure?

We have put in place a range of measures across our operations to best protect our employees, partners, contractors and guests. We will keep all attendees up to date with the latest safety precautions by email ahead of the event.

 

What happens if the government restrictions around physical events change before this event takes place?

If any changes to the agenda of the event occur after you have booked your ticket, we will notify you by email about next steps.

 

What happens if the event needs to be cancelled?

If for any reason we need to cancel the physical event, we will give all ticket holders the opportunity to transfer their ticket to a new event date or virtual event.

 

What will happen when I arrive at the venue?

You will be checked-in by a member of staff at the door in a Covid-secure way and you will need to present proof of Covid vaccination status. You will have the opportunity to hand in any belongings to the cloakroom and sanitise your hands.

 

Do I need to bring my ticket to the event?

You will need to bring your ticket to the event but this can be on your phone or printed. You will receive an email from Ticket Tailor which will include your ticket. Please ensure you have this attachment to gain entry to the venue.

 

I am under the age of 18. Am I permitted to join this event?

We regret that any people under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate in this event.

 

What do I need to do if I have dietary restrictions?

We will be serving dinner at the event. If you have any dietary restrictions you need to make us aware of, you will have an opportunity to pass on the details when you purchase your ticket.
