THE HAPPY COUPLE: Lindsay Moynagh, creative whizz behind Fly Away Bride and House of Hannah and Michael King, teacher. They live in Ennis, Co Clare and they met touring the UK as teenage musicians.

It’s no small feat creating a relaxed atmosphere for 200 wedding guests in a land far away, but of course, wedding planner Lindsay and her beau Michael pulled it off with aplomb.

The inside scoop? It took scores of artisans and creative professionals to nail this event but that’s hardly a surprise. Meticulous attention to detail is this bride’s raison d?e?tre. Travelling all the way from Co Kerry, baker Sam’s suitcase was stuffed with the supplies needed to create the stunning cake in situ, while some 22 musicians serenaded the loved-up duo in the Borgo di Tragliata’s chapel. Simple, yet impeccable styling is Lindsay’s hallmark – olive boughs, peaches and foraged florals adorned bare wood tables. Invitations and menu cards in the most gorgeous cursive spoke to the kind of event our wedding dreams are made of.

THEIR TOP TIPS… ?Choose vendors that you trust, even if they aren’t local. Having the right creative team meant that we could relax on the day knowing our expectations would be met,? advises Lindsay.
