Double Rich Chocolate Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients
Base:
- 150g almond flour
- 25g golden caster sugar
- 50ml extra virgin olive oil
- Low-cal spray oil
Cheesecake:
- 200g low-fat cream cheese
- 150g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 100g dark chocolate chips
- 3 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein double rich chocolate
Method
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°/170° for fan ovens.
- Spray the base of an 8-inch loose-bottomed tin with low-cal spray oil.
- Mix the almond flour, sugar and oil together in a bowl.
- Pour into the tin. Press into the tin with the back of a spoon so that it evenly covers the base.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the top is beginning to go golden.
- Meanwhile, place the cream cheese and the dark chocolate chips in a Pyrex bowl and sit over a pot of boiling water to melt the chocolate. Be careful not to let the bottom of the bowl touch the water. Mix well and then remove from the heat. Add the Greek yoghurt and Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and mix well again.
- Remove the base from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 170°/150° for fan ovens.
- Spray the edges of the tin with a little more spray oil.
- Add the chocolate cheesecake mixture and use a spoon to flatten to an even surface.
- Place back into the oven and bake for 22-23 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Free the cheesecake from the tin with a sharp knife before slicing it into eight pieces and serving.

Ingredients
- 300g plain flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon bread soda
- 3 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein vanilla ice cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 150ml light olive oil
- 200g 5% Greek yoghurt
- 75ml low-fat milk (up from 50ml)
- 200g blueberries
Method
- Preheat the oven 190°/170° for fan ovens.
- Mix the plain flour, baking powder, bread soda, and the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix together the vanilla extract, eggs, light olive oil, Greek yoghurt and the low-fat milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin case-lined muffin tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes until risen and golden. Test with a skewer inserted into the centre and ensure it comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack and then store in an airtight container.
Super Rich & Gooey Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients
- 110g unsalted butter
- 100g dark chocolate, approx 70%
- 2 large eggs
- 200g golden caster sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g plain flour
- 3 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein double rich chocolate
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°/160° for fan ovens.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a large Pyrex bowl over a pot of boiling water. Do not let the bottom of the bowl touch the water.
- Once melted, allow to cool for five minutes then beat in the eggs one at a time. Then beat in the sugar until it no longer feels grainy. Stir through a large pinch of salt and the vanilla extract.
- Next, fold the flour and Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder through the chocolate mix until you can no longer see any flour.
- Pour the mix into your lined tin and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool completely in the tin before removing and slicing into 12 squares.
