The latest venture of the incredibly talented couple John Redmond and Karen Higgins, Ecru Studios is an online store offering both fashion and lifestyle pieces. Karen worked as a senior buyer at Brown Thomas and Arnotts for over 30 years, while John was creative director at Brown Thomas, so their combined expertise is beyond impressive.
It’s also evident in their carefully-chosen edit, full of pieces with a delightful unexpected detail, or with surprising versatility. Many brands are new to Ireland, discovered on their many buying trips abroad over the years, from refillable candles that would make divine gifts, to sculptural vessels that would add interest to any space.
