The range includes soft furnishings, ceramics and prints by designers from around the world.

We’re always excited when a high-street brand collaborates with a designer. Not only does it usually create a range that feels different than their usual offering, it’s also a great opportunity to own a piece by an artist or designer that you might not otherwise get a chance to.

For their For The Love of Art collection, H&M has teamed up with three artists. The first is Sacrée Frangine, made up of two childhood friends who live in Paris, Célia Amroune and Aline Kpade. Their minimalistic illustrations in warm colours portray themes of sisterhood, motherhood and womanhood.

Their designs in the collection are all stoneware, from vases and plant pots to a candle, all sharing their warm, muted palette.

The second artist is Italian-Nigerian Diana Ejaita. Her work uses silhouettes in dramatic and contrasting colours, and she has designed five covers of The New Yorker.

She has designed the soft furnishings in the collection, blankets and cushions with graphic shapes and bold colours.

Lastly is the Brazilian artist Brunna Mancuso, who has created a range of prints for the collection. She used various techniques to create them, including watercolour, gouache and acrylics.
