Irish travel writer Nadia El Ferdaoussi whips up an Amalfi sunset spritz that’ll take you to the Italian coast

Switch out your usual G&T for something more exciting. As part of our Malfy Cocktail Evenings in association with IMAGE, Irish travel writer Nadia El Ferdaoussi will demonstrate how to make an pink gin Amalfi sunset spritz.

Inspired by Italy’s sunny coast, this fruity Italian cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and sour.

It’s made with San Pellegrino aranciata rossa, prosecco, orange and, of course, gin. We recommend using Malfy Gin Rosa, a pink gin distilled with sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruits and rhubarb.

It’s bright, light and deliciously refreshing.
