Spending time in Paris is a great excuse to make the most of all it has to offer, including top-class restaurants. I had an incredible meal at Shabour, where chef Assaf Granit has crafted a menu of Jerusalem-inspired flavours using French culinary techniques.
Even when I’m travelling, it’s important to stay up to date on all the projects we’re working on at Designed By Woulfe.
One of my favourite parts of what I do is working with amazing craftspeople, and we’re thrilled to be collaborating with mural artist Liz Bacon Allison on a bespoke piece for an English country bedroom. Watching Liz bring our vision to life is nothing short of mesmerising. Her craft, her eye, and her energy are incredibly special. I can’t wait to see the progress over the coming weeks. It will take around a month to produce the finished work, and I am excited to share it once it’s done.
Back home in London after a hectic few days, I love to unwind by making something delicious to sip in the evening. Espresso martinis are a favourite for so many people, and I love to mix up this velvety, bittersweet coffee cocktail at home.
I simply mix vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup and brewed coffee into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it up, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. I love to top with cocoa powder, and use a toothpick to create a stylish finish on top.
