Stevie Van Zandt, New Jersey’s famous consigliere to Bruce Springsteen and Tony Soprano, takes centre stage in Stevie Van Zandt: Disciple. The documentary traces his career as a producer, musician, songwriter, activist, actor, and more – from Asbury Park clubs and arena stadiums to the Bada Bing Club and the Underground Garage. Featuring exclusive interviews with Springsteen, Darlene Love, Eddie Vedder, Paul McCartney, and Bono, the film illuminates the influential and enduring legacy Van Zandt continues to have as a fervent champion of rock ‘n’ roll and social justice.

How I Caught the Killer, 9pm, Sky Crime/NOW
Back for a fourth season, How I Caught the Killer explores the most incredible murder cases in criminal history. Episode one kicks off with the case of Howell Donaldson III – the American serial killer who terrified the Tampa, Florida neighbourhood of Seminole Heights in 2017 with the random shootings of four unsuspecting members of the public. Women in Blue (Las Azules), Apple TV+
Set in 1970 and inspired by true events, Women in Blue (Las Azules) tells the story of four women who defy the ultraconservative norms of the time and join Mexico’s first female police force, only to discover that their squad is a publicity stunt to distract the media from a brutal serial killer. As the body count grows, María (Bárbara Mori), whose determination to catch the killer becomes an obsession, Gabina (Amorita Rasgado), whose father is a renowned cop, Ángeles (Ximena Sariñana), a brilliant fingerprint analyst, and Valentina (Natalia Téllez), a young rebel, set up a secret investigation to achieve what no male officer has been able to do and bring the serial killer to justice.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Sky Max/NOW
In the third spin-off series of the seminal apocalyptic survival series, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) washes ashore in France, struggling to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. In the opening episode, Daryl’s unexpected arrival sets off a violent chain of events that inadvertently puts a young boy at the heart of a growing religious movement in danger; Daryl agrees to help shepherd the boy to safety in exchange for help in returning to America.
