This year, we want to add a little fun to our Christmas wrapping, so we’ve asked stylist Orla Neligan to teach us some tricks for making our gifts look even more tantalising under the tree.
Next up in our series, she shows us how to wrap up a game – although you can apply this technique to any similarly-shaped present.
We also asked Orla for her tips on decorating our homes for the season. If you’re looking for guidance on festive shades, she says this year, warm spicy shades are trending.
“Plum, burgundy, terracotta, warm browns and dark yellows are on trend this Christmas,” she says, “giving your home an indulgent and contemporary look that is both luxe and cosy.”
6. Do the same on the left side. You should have a deep double ‘V’ on the front of the present.
7. To make the bow thread a ribbon over your little finger and under your fingers to wrap around the outside of your thumb. From there, loop the ribbon around your first finger and your thumb twice. Then tuck the ribbon under itself between your thumb and first finger and pull tight. Unfurl from fingers and you should be left with a pretty bow. Secure on the front of the present under the V.
Toblerone Truffles are individually wrapped, diamond-shaped bites of the iconic Toblerone crunchy nougat pieces in soft praline texture, coated with Toblerone Swiss quality chocolate – the perfect addition to any Christmas gift. This Christmas, whatever you gift, add a diamond.
